Deploy MSU packages for Windows defender through SMS

Hi

 

I have a question, Can we deploy .msu package for Windows defender through

SMS in Windows Vista operating system based PC's?

 

Please let me know if that is possible or not. If that is possible let me

know the procedure how we can do that.
