2003 Server RAM

Just upgraded from 1GB to 4GB on the Domain Controller. The motherboard sees

all 4GB, on the System Memory check, only 3.3GB is seen and in the OS, only

3.58 is seen. BIOS or Windows problem? IIRC, there is a fix for it, I just

can't seem to remember what or where it is.

This is a Board issue,

the MOST (theoretical) memory your board supports is 4GB, however, all the

devices on the board, PCI bus USB Bus's etc requre memory address's, and

therefor even if you physically have the same amount of memory as the

maximum supported, you will never be able to use this memory.

If this is not the case, and your board supports say 8GB then I appologise,

and will need more information.
