Problems on Shut Down

Hi all,

I'm running Windows Xp Professional on my company notebook.

When I'm shutting down the PC, there are severall programs, I don't know, if

not responding, but there are messages coming to the desktop, like:

..NET-BroadcastEventWindow did not close;

hpqimzone.exe did not close;

yahooWidgetEngine did not close;

Sometimes there´s an error with "dw20.exe"

I've already run Windows Live OneCare. The only thing it found, was in

registry.

It fixed it, but the messages still coming on shut down.

Anyone knows how to fix it?
