Tony D Posted April 11, 2008 Posted April 11, 2008 I use LogMeIn - I log in to my customers' machines and can take control of keyboard/mouse. We can both see what's going on and we both can work the keyboard and mouse. http://www.logmein.com Quote Need help with your computer problems? Then why not join Free PC Help. colinm345 Posted April 11, 2008 Author Posted April 11, 2008 Thank you Kelly, which version of Log Me In do you use:) Quote
Tony D Posted April 11, 2008 Posted April 11, 2008 Actually I don't know. You just go to the web site and register. Once you've done that, you go to each machine that you want to remotely control and install an app from the LogMeIn web site. When all is done, you log into LogMeIn and you're presented with a list of all the computers you registered. You click on the one you want to 'log into'. You'll have to enter the password for that individual computer and you're in. It's way too easy. Quote Need help with your computer problems? Then why not join Free PC Help.
