Guest Urvin Posted July 8, 2007 Posted July 8, 2007 What will happen if my Terminal Service Licensing Server failed ( I only have 1), will my users still be able to login into my terminal server? -- Urvin
Guest Vera Noest [MVP] Posted July 8, 2007 Posted July 8, 2007 Re: Failed Terminal Services Licensing Server Users (or clients) who currently hold a valid permanent or temporary license will be able to connect, until their license expires. Since license renewal starts 7 days prior to license expiration, you should have 7 days to fix the problem with the LS, before licenses start to expire (assuming that all clients connect to the TS every day). New clients will not be able to connect. _________________________________________________________ Vera Noest MCSE, CCEA, Microsoft MVP - Terminal Server TS troubleshooting: http://ts.veranoest.net ___ please respond in newsgroup, NOT by private email ___ =?Utf-8?B?VXJ2aW4=?= <Urvin@discussions.microsoft.com> wrote on 08 jul 2007 in microsoft.public.windows.terminal_services: > What will happen if my Terminal Service Licensing Server failed > ( I only have 1), will my users still be able to login into my > terminal server?
