The latest version is 1.23.569 it works OK for me too. However if any real problem with it I still have the original download files for 1.22, and 1.11 previous versions which I can upload to Dropbox for anyone requiring those. File size for version 1.22 is a tad over 5MB.

It's okay I ran msupdate and rebooted re-ran speccy and alls fine , tried on other machines and all is well so maybe just a blip btw todays msupdate is rather large
