How i can install the recovery console in 2003 SP2? Thanks.

Here are two things you can try... http://www.techspot.com/vb/all/windows/t-8135-Tutorial-Install-Recovery-Console-to-boot-menu.html http://support.microsoft.com/kb/263125 I would suggest Winternal's ERD Commander as an excellent recovery management software however Microsoft bought them last year and it is no longer available for purchase, if you do get your hands on a copy, dont lose it! :-) . Microsoft has since streamed some of the technology into their System Center packages but I have no experience with them and so cannot comment.
