Guest TOP Posted July 16, 2007 Posted July 16, 2007 Is it possible to start a service from shortcuts? I tried to copy the command line (Path to executable:) in the services.msc but it didn't work.

Add a line similar to the following: net start "service you want to start" Save the file. Now when you click that file it will start the service you named. --Jeffrey
