Lost Shut Down, Restart Log off buttons

Hi,

 

I am running XP Pro with all updates. I seem to have lost the Shut Down,

Restart Log off buttons. I now have a drop down box to select the action

required. How do I get back the buttons

Go into Control Panel and chose Users. Click to change users log on log off.

Put the tick back in the welcome screen.
