Guest Greg O Posted July 18, 2007 Posted July 18, 2007 Hello, I couldn't find a group for Longhorn (or 2008 server). I have a problem with Data Execution protection, whenever I open a web page that is a pdf file DEP closes internet explorer. There doesn't seem to be a way to stop this, if I add the Adobe programs as exceptions it still happens. Is there a way to turn off DEP?
Guest glenn Posted July 18, 2007 Posted July 18, 2007 Re: longhorn data execution protection May be you need to change the settings in acrobat not to open in the web page but open in acrobat its self. Had similar problem with ie7 on xp Glenn "Greg O" <gregorme@gmail.com> wrote in message news:1184737523.076801.51100@z24g2000prh.googlegroups.com... > Hello, > I couldn't find a group for Longhorn (or 2008 server).
