Open Program stopping shutdown

Whenever I close windows I am asked if I want to close a program called sample.

Try as I might I cannot fin this program in any of the usual places its not

an open application in task manager nor an open process, nor is it in any of

the INI files any ideas?

Its not causing a problem it just annoying

Undo the software installation that you made prior to the first encounter

of this problem. If there was no such installation, check the system for

installed malware ASAP.
