Hi ,

I am familiar with folder synchronization .... it is nice since it can be

set up to be done automatically when loggin in/out

what if you never want the local copies to be uploded to the server

.......kind of like a one way copy down to the laptop........ is there a way

to do this ??

thanks

Hi Dan,

For one, then you're no longer "synchronizing". Why wouldn't you want

new or revised files from the laptop to be copied to the server?

Regardless, you could use a batch file using the xcopy command. Open a

command prompt and type, xcopy /? for instructions on how to use it.
