Guest eagle Posted July 19, 2007 Posted July 19, 2007 My video card (GeForce 7300GS 256MB RAM PCI-e) is reported by WinXP Home SP2 as having 512MB of video RAM. I've updated drivers/rolled back drivers and graphics intensive programs often crash to POST or to desktop. One application (Age of Empires III) did give me a hint in an error message after crash to desktop - video RAM = 0 - which didn't seem reasonable. Sys = AMD 64 X2 5600, 2GB RAM I do build my systems and this is first time I've had this problem. Could it be chipset drivers? Thanks
