Have you recently made significant changes, such as new security software? Guest coaster1robert Posted July 20, 2007 Posted July 20, 2007 Re: Links stop working I have windows XP SP2 IE7 & Firefox when i save a link in my clipboard or desk top,it dose't work I also when I click a link ,in outlook express,and windows live mail beta the links don't work. When i click a link in both browser,they work,this is a windows problem. the only thing i added is windows live mail(Beta) that was back in june and the links worked back then in the software and desktop. , I do have windows firewall,and norton antivirus., so what cause windows to block or break a link? Guest coaster1robert Posted July 20, 2007 Posted July 20, 2007 Re: Links stop working I found my problem,When firefox is my default Browser the links don't work,on my desktop,clipboard and e-mail client. but when i change my default browser to ie7-every link works on desktop,clipboard,ect. I just opdated fire fox a couple day's ago, to 2.0.05,so how to i fix this problems. Robert
