disable crtl-esc

By default, crtl-esc opens the start menu.... How do I disable that?

Use a keyboard remapper to change the combination keystroke to something

else that's innocuous.

I'm curious why you want to do this. How is Ctrl-Esc causing problems? It's

not as if it's an easy combo to execute or hit by mistake.
