Adding Prefix "Solved:" to solved threads

I thought this will help to make forum clean by adding Solved:. This mean the support is finished and sorted out.

 

Just my idea

 

 

There are too many solved thread as i look around in here

Great idea Robert but it's a no no as retitling of threads will have an affect on google or other search engine searches mate.

I've seen SOLVED used on other sites, but I'm not so sure it's the best thing

to do. Often times, I skip over a SOLVED thread when there might actually

be some valuable info there for me to read or there could be something

valuable I would be able to add to the thread.

 

I've also seen SOLVED threads where I did have something valuable to add,

but I didn't because the SOLVED designation discourages anyone from adding

to it. So, it might be solved for that one individual, but there are sometimes

other solutions or important info that could be added to a solved thread that

would help others with a similar problem.

 

I prefer to see threads left open, but if members begin taking the thread

off topic after it's been solved, I prefer that the mods just close the thread.

Because changing the thread title also changes the URL of the thread.

No threads will ever be marked as Solved, Fixed, Pending etc.

The only time threads will be closed is if they violate the rules.
