Guest Steve Wright Posted July 21, 2007 Posted July 21, 2007 Hi, Whenever I go into Windows Explorer the screen is refreshed every second. Imagine that someone is pressing the refresh button continuously. This means I can't scroll thru files, and can't select files because the screen is contunually refreshing. When this happens, you see the orginal Icons and then a second later they are replaced with the dedicate specialist ones. Then the screen refreshes to be replaced with the original ones. This is contunual every second. So what is going on here? PS I did put in a new graphics card a couple of weeks ago. Regards, Steve.
