Re: video card

Dell Support/Download all drivers via the make and model. Save them all to

a folder under C: and rename them accordingly (as in - sound, video..)

..

Once all are extracted run the setup.exe...etc.

If you have the Device Manager open you will see the progress being made.

If this is an add on - use Add New Hardware and point the way to the

folder/drivers. Don't select the option for Windows to find it.

Good luck and keep us posted.

Re: video card

Entropy,

My name is Rick and I am a Dell Customer Advocate located in Dells

corporate headquarters in Round Rock Tx. Generally I would recommend

installing the drivers on Dells support site as they have been tested

extensively with our systems.

The latest Dell driver for the x300 for the Insprion 9300 can be found

here:'Drivers & Downloads' (http://tinyurl.com/23ekuy) .

If that does not resolve your issue you can email me at

Customer_Advocate@Dell.com (please put "Attn Rick x300 issue" in the

subject line)

Hope that that works out for you,

Rick
