Receive fax by Windows SharePoint Service 3.0

I install Windows SharePoint Service 3.0 on server 2003.

How can I enable the fax service on server 2003 ?

And then transfer the received fax into the document (or picture) library on

Windows SharePoint Service 3.0 ?
