Running XP Home SP2. Since I did a repair install, my USB drives arent

showing up in My Computer. I can see them in Disk Management and assign them

a drive letter which they arent automatically given either and view them from

there. Formatting isn't an option for me. I have already uninstalled them

from Device Manager as well.

Thanks for any help you can give.

Re: USB Drives not showing up after Repair Install

Well I fixed it sort of by re-installing chipset drivers but now I have to

assign it a drive letter in disk management and My Computer shows it as a HD

instead of Removable Storage. Help with that please would be appreciated.
