Guest aaronlane25 Posted July 23, 2007 Posted July 23, 2007 My CPU is acompaq with xp home sp2. I've just gone through a major virus battle and things are looking good. The problem is ZERO connectivity. Ive tried repairing the connection, and checked hardware profiles. Everything is apparently fine but... Many thanks aaron

If you're quite sure the computer is clean: Start>Run cmd [enter] iexplore.exe /rereg [enter] If that doesn't help, then some information from you as to your network hardware and how you connect to the Internet, as well as what "major virus" means will get you more focused advice.
