Guest asdeanes Posted July 24, 2007 Posted July 24, 2007 I have a HP Pavilion zv5000 laptop with Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition. My mouse has locked up and I cannot get my mouse to move. I do not have an external mouse, I only have the mousepad. I have rebooted numerous times but have been unsuccessful in unlocking my mousepad. I have played with the mousepad key but with no success. Has anyone else had this problem? If so, what did you do?
