Guest Ron Badour Posted July 25, 2007 Posted July 25, 2007 Re: I have no Hard drive space... When the save box comes up, click save. On the next screen, click on the arrow in the Save In box and choose the hard drive with free space. You can also cut and paste files from the small drive to the larger one and I recommend that you do so because a computer needs free space on the hard drive for the operating system to work correctly. In Explorer, you right click the file to be transferred and select cut. Then right click the location the file is to be moved to and click paste. -- Regards Ron Badour MS MVP 1997 - 2007 "Andy Tunstall" <AndyTunstall@discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:A3183067-FAF4-47E6-A16C-4E985F5694AE@microsoft.com... > Hi Folks, > > Im a beginer at pc's and have a pretty basic system, my problem is i have > 2 > hards drives 1 with 30gig and the other with 10gig, i have dowloaded a lot > of > music and files and when i try to download somemore it says there is not > enough diskspace to put it on, so how do i do it so i can use my other > hard > drive with 30 gig space to store stuff, this drive has got 25 gig of space > this id doin my head in, if any one knows i would be grateful for some > input > but like i say im a beginer so please leave a reply with some info how to > do > it, thanks Andy
