Do you still want to do this, or are you content with Ron's suggested response in

your original thread 2 minutes before this post?

Re: I have 3 partions how do i delete them

Are all of the drives/partitions formatted NTFS, FAT32 or a mixture? If a mixture

which drives/partitions are what format?

Right click MyComputer on the desktop > click Manage in the popup menu.

Maximize the Management Console > click on Disk Management.

What's shown in the File System and Status columns for each drive/partition.

What shows at the bottom of the Window according to color code for each

drive/partition.

If they are all the same File System and you do not have an OS installed and

running on the drive/partition:

Right click the drive you want to format > click Format in the popup menu and you

should be on your way.

Make sure you have any invaluable information/data/files you can't afford to lose

backed up before formatting or you can/will have it no more.

Re: I have 3 partions how do i delete them

Deleting the partitions won't "free up loads of space". The space is still

there for you to use.

You need space on the other partitions to put the files from your system

partition there.

How much free space do you have on your drives, and how much do you want to

use. If you want to put 2 GB of data into 1 GB of space, then it won't work.

You don't say how your operating systems have been installed, so you need to

be careful about how you delete the files.

In all honesty if you can't grasp the basics of moving files from one disk

to another and how much space you have/need then you probably shouldn't mess

with deleting partitions.

In you other post you say you have 2 HDD and 25 GB space on one, and no

mention of partitions

Find someone who knows what they are doing to give you a hand, or ask them

to help you describe your problem accurately.
