Office 97 to Office 2003

Going from Office 97 to Office 2003 should I remove Office 97 first and do a

fresh install of 2003? Or should I just upgrade? Does it matter either way?

Not a Windows issue. Why don't you repost to the appropriate group.

You can use both without uninstalling Off '97. In order to do so they cannot be

installed in the same directory/folder.
