Guest qcrob Posted July 25, 2007 Posted July 25, 2007 I am printing an excel document using win xp and a usb cable connected to a Samsung ML-1710. The print preview shows everything is in its proper place. When the document is actually printed, a number of problems exist. These are, cutting off text at the bottom of page, omitting footer, moving the header to the left side of page and shifting text to the right slightly. I have reinstalled the printer driver and Samsung says it is a problem with the program used to print (excel). Any suggestions on how to troubleshoot this problem?
