You will need to know, what level of RAID, does your mother board require drivers for RAID to be detected by windows during install. Find out how RAID is being implemented on your motherboard, or is it an add in card. What is the problem with your Windows installation? RAID can cause it's own problems. It's a good idea to ask yourself if you need RAID at all. RAID 0 or striped sets can be more trouble than they are worth. You might be better to post to one of the motherboard newsgroups that deals with your brand of your motherboard. Post your model number and the group would be able to advise you on the best way to set up the RAID array, if you need drivers during the windows install etc...
