Guest Jethro Posted July 26, 2007 Posted July 26, 2007 What does it mean when the icon showing an application is running does not show in lower right of the Task Bar? Task Manager shows it to be running. I double click on the app-execution Icon and it does nothing (after all it is executing). How do I get it to show again in lower right of Task Bar? I need it there so I can click on it to change an option in it while it is running. Normally I can do that. Thanks Jethro

Click on the '<' symbol just to the left of system tray (as it is often called) to reveal the hidden icons. By right clicking on the task bar itself and selecting 'Properties' and then the 'customize' (sic) button, you can set your application to not be hidden.
