Erratic rollover message behavior

At various times (no particular pattern) the roll-over message/hint is either

not displayed in a visible area (partly or entirely hidden by say, windows

tool bar), or not displayed at all.

The biggest offender appears to be the date/time indicator (on the toolbar).

By hovering the mouse icon over the indicator a small text box appears with

the time in it). After a few checks on the time, the rollover box with time

stops displaying. The only way I know to reset the functionality is to right

click on the toolbar and select adjust date/time. Even without making any

changes, after closing the setup window, the rollover display is good for a

few more checks...

Re: Erratic rollover message behavior

It is a known issue in the z ordering.

There is no intention to fix it.
