Guest *69 Posted July 27, 2007 Posted July 27, 2007 Copy paste works between my workstation and screens within remote desktop. However, is there a way that I can enable the copy of a rather lengthy password stored on my pc to the remote desktop logon screen? I know it doesn't sound secure, but it would certainly meet my needs. I am using XP Pro.

I don't suggest you store your XP Pro login screen password in any text file... unless you know you are 100% safe yourself If you're the only user then bypass the login screen altogether by using autologon: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/305906 http://support.microsoft.com/kb/315231 -- Newbie Coder (It's just a name) "*69" <amy@amy.com> wrote in message news:V1dqi.8683$fJ5.32@pd7urf1no... > Copy paste works between my workstation and screens within remote desktop. > > However, is there a way that I can enable the copy of a rather lengthy > password stored on my pc to the remote desktop logon screen?
