Remote desktop - copy paste

Recommended Posts

Copy paste works between my workstation and screens within remote desktop.

However, is there a way that I can enable the copy of a rather lengthy

password stored on my pc to the remote desktop logon screen? I know it

doesn't sound secure, but it would certainly meet my needs.

I am using XP Pro.

69,

XP uses plain text passwords anyway.

I don't suggest you store your XP Pro login screen password in any text file...

unless you know you are 100% safe yourself

If you're the only user then bypass the login screen altogether by using

autologon:
