Guest Benny Van Posted July 27, 2007 Posted July 27, 2007 Hello guys, a very quick question, there is a computer in my office that has a blue screen with error message:"Memory Dump"(There actually more than just this, but this sentence is most descriptive here...)every time when it shuts down. Virus?Memory problem? Hard drive? Fan? Any one could explain this a little bit to me? Thanks a lot!! Sincerely, Ben

Certainly you should not play around with the pagefile. Benny, there is no way for us to diagnose the issue without more information although I really doubt it is hardware. There is simply no way to tell without the exact text of error messages. Look in Event Viewer for clues. Start>Run>eventvwr.msc [enter] Do a clean boot and see if the machine still bluescreens.
