I need to upgrade my W2K3 Web Edition server to Standard Edition (so I can

install SQL Server). Can I just do this as an upgrade or do I have to

reinstall from scratch?

Thanks <sigh />. I guess I'll be doing a full reinstall/reconfigure! I

SQL Server Express Edition will run on Windows Server 2003 Web Edition

SP1..if it meets your needs this could save you some time. :-)
