To Begin Click Your User Name

Opps, using Tweak I turned off the only name used on computer, thinking it

would avoid this screen which started turning up and requiring me to click on

the user name. So as you can guess this dimwit gets the To Begin Click Your

User Name screen, there is of course, no name to click on, sooooooo, how do

I get around this screen block and get onto the computer so I can go and put

Tweak back the way it was. Please do not note this dimwit's error on his

personal record!

Now if you can tell me how to get past the block, perhaps you can also tell

me how to correctly avoid having the To Begin Click Your User Name screen

show up. It didn't used to do that until I did something to start the Click

On User Name process for a computer with only one user name. Thanks!

At the Welcome Screen, press CTRL-ALT-DEL twice. This will get you the

classic logon dialog. Enter your username and password, then use TweakUI to

change things back. Then:

1) Click Start, Run and enter CONTROL USERPASSWORDS2

2) Select the user account you want automatically logged on (this avoids the

Administrator account being selected by default)

3) Uncheck Users must enter username and password..........

4) Click Apply

5) In the next dialog, enter the password, if any, for the account you chose

in Step 2

6) Ok your way out
