What permissions should I give?

I need to allow permissions to make the following files and folders writeable

by the Apache web server:

Atext.txt

folders:data

folders:include/cache

 

The problem is that I'm using windows xp Home Edition. What permissions do I

give? I see these setting in safemode for each folder/text file:

 

Administrators

Owner

system

users

 

in order for my apache web server to be able to write to these files and

folders, wich settings do I need to modify? Thanks
