Renaming a folder under DFS causes My PC to reboot

We are running W2K3 R2. Under a newly created Namespace I create a folder,

when I change the name of a folder My PC running XP SP2 with the latest

updates reboots. This also happens on other PC with the same config. The PC

also reboots when modifing files say make a change to a word doc click save

the PC Reboots. Any Ideas??
