Slow response

Hi all,

Please help, I have win2003 sp2 server

When I connect from one subnet across a vpn using xp pro sp2 the session is

really slow. If I open Remote desktop from the server and connect across the

vpn the session speed is normal.

I havent a clue what is causin that.
