I tried to installed Plan3D\Floorplanner. When the system try to run Plan 3D,

the msg I get from one particular program is this... :"Product: Plan3D --

Error 1722. There is a problem with this Windows Installer package. A program

run as part of the setup did not finish as expected. Contact your support

personnel or package vendor. Action _C7AC21C0_6D3E_4630_AF6C_8E724 6C43EB6,

location: C:\Program Files\Plan3D\Floorplanner\Plan 3D.exe, command: -i".

"The installer interrupted before Plan 3D would be installed. You need to

restart the installer to try again".Tried a couple of things from the threads

I found here, but i'm still have problems with windows installer. I have

tried the "msiexec /unregister" and "msiexec /regserver" things. I have

re-downloaded and installed it as an automatic update. I'm running window xp

professional edition with Service pack 2 (as far as i'm aware) w/ Microsoft

Windows Installer 3.1: KB893803. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
