I went into the add/remove programs and all the programs are different from

the original. Instead of having what I had originally installed, I now have

things like DIGOpt, DIGReqEp, I don't even know what these programs are. Any

idea of what they are and how hey got there?

What is the virus/malware status of the machine? If you think it is

clean, what programs (and versions) did you use to determine this? Be sure:

Go through these general malware removal steps systematically -

Include scanning with David Lipman's Multi_AV and follow instructions to

do all scans in Safe Mode.

Bill

Photo Swap files listed in Add/Remove Programs

Q. In Add/Remove Programs, I have DIGOpt and DIGReqEx listed. I searched

the entire hard drive, including hidden files and folders, Google and

others, and still come up empty.

A. These are files/programs related to MSN's Photo Swap.
