Guest Lewis Posted August 1, 2007 Posted August 1, 2007 Hello. I have the latest version of Live messenger. When I click start/help and support/invite a friend to help by remote. Next screen tells me, "Windows messenger is not installed. Anyone help please? WIN/XP SP2 All updates done.

When I clean install on my PC's. First thing I always do is disable and hide Windows messenger from Outlook Express, and my computer. It's a software I downloaded. Anyways. Thanks again.
