Guest lili Posted August 2, 2007 Posted August 2, 2007 The power management "toolbar" (the little picture of the battery and power plug) was inadvertently closed. How do I retrieve it? I tried opening the "power options" window from the control panel, but the only option I found for displaying anything about power management on the taskbar was "Always show icon on the taskbar". When I checked this box, a little plug icon showed up to the right of the arrow that expands the hidden taskbar icons, but that is not the icon I have lost, and it is not in the same location on the taskbar. The icon that has always been there - and that I want back - is of a horizontally oriented battery, with the amount of charge the battery contains, and beside that a black electric plug, both to the LEFT of the arrow button, beside the “language” toolbar. Can you help, please?
