Do you want to use ISA Server or no?

If you use ISA server you could use a service like Redline or any listed at

this URL:

http://www.microsoft.com/isaserver/partners/accesscontrol.mspx

You could also use the Redline service with any type of Proxy server. We

use Sonicwall and it gives us good info but it is an extra license. Depends

on your budget.
