maynardvdm Posted June 18, 2008 Posted June 18, 2008 Hi Welcome to Extreme Tech Support - Free PC Help. Can you give us some more details. Do you get any error messages? Goku Posted June 18, 2008 Posted June 18, 2008 Hello and Welcome to Extreme Tech Support - Free PC Help Mav. :) As Randy and Maynard have already said, we need some more information to recognize and diagnose your problem. A good start would be to provide us with your System Specifications and any error message you receive prior to the Shutdown / Restart. Ways of locating hardware and other system specifications. Post them as soon as you can. :) -- Goku Quote
Johnny Law Posted June 22, 2008 Posted June 22, 2008 My sister had a similar problem with hers a few years back. I can't say for sure what's causing yours, but I took a can of air to her fan - which was full of dust - and it never happened again. Quote
