The label and icon for my DVD-RW drive has changed to "MS/MS-Pro" with the

appropriate icon. I have tried editing it by right-clicking/properties/ but

it will not accept the changes.

Any suggestions how to proceed?

Sorry Ayush - that did not cure it ! I didn't think it would because I have

rebooted several times since I first noticed it.

This may sound silly, but are you absolutely certain that you haven't left a

disk in the drive?
