I open a garden folder in my pictures, and found thisfolder marked Thumbs.Haven't a clue where it came from, or what to do with it.Can anybody please help as I am worried.The box is when I clicked on properties.The file is underneath.I don't know where it is supposed to be.Thanks for any help,Guys.:)

It is a normal safe file created by Microsoft Windows to try to speed up image viewing.

 

Please take a look at these articles to answer your question. I myself just disable the Thumbs.db file from being created.
