Guest SJB Posted August 3, 2007 Posted August 3, 2007 Hi, In the Custom section of Setting Program Access/Defaults the radio option button/line to make it default, non-default disappeared for my second browser (Mozilla Firefox), which presently non-default one. The Default is IE. 7. How do I regain this option? (The E-mail programs, Media players have those options.) Thanks sjb
Guest Ramesh, MS-MVP Posted August 4, 2007 Posted August 4, 2007 Re: Setting Program Access and Defaults Download firefox_reg.reg from here: http://windowsxp.mvps.org/temp/firefox_reg.reg Save the file to your Desktop Right-click "firefox_reg.reg" and choose "Merge" Note: In the REG file above, the Firefox.exe file path is hardcoded for C:\. If you have installed Firefox in a different location, edit the ..REG file using Notepad, and change the driveletter accordingly. -- Regards, Ramesh Srinivasan, Microsoft MVP [Windows Shell/User] Windows® Troubleshooting http://www.winhelponline.com "SJB" <sjb@platinum.ca> wrote in message news:%23PdPPyf1HHA.1184@TK2MSFTNGP04.phx.gbl...
