Hey folks! I am building a PC from scratch, and destroying my old one. I need to migrate my Windows 10 version.

The only piece of hardware that will be the same is my current HD, a 2 TB SSD. I figure the best thing to do considering I will have all new hardware including a new motherboard will be to do a clean install. I'll have all my personal files stored away so I will do a fresh full format of the SSD first. But I would like to use my current version of Windows 10 without having to buy a new one. Do I just need to create a bootable USB stick to get my new PC started? Thanks in advance!
