My Outlook.com service which is connected with Microsoft service by the same sign in data is not working. I am unable to send nor open received emails received via Outlook or Support Microsoft.com.Many, many other problems have occurred since Jan 15 when the (subject line) event happened. All sound is OFF, many apps, features, folders, files are missing, or not responding or where they belong. All tiles and icons are scattered in many different places or gone completely.
