Keep that full system backup up-to-date! I would have to say yes to that it normally performs without any trouble at all, if it in fact it was the culprit?? It could have been just a coincidence or a rare peculiarity, if Total Uninstall worked so well before. Perhaps C:partition became overly fragmented (if such a thing is possible) or some file was written to a bad spot on the HDD, during Total Uninstall's machinations. I don't know-- but thank goodness for full system backups! OK, then.
