crisnliv Posted January 11, 2007 Posted January 11, 2007 I'm using Microsoft XP Pro, al was fine until yesterday when I turned the computer on and it looked a bit blurred. When I shut the computer down everything goes fine until the monitor normally shuts down. The on/off button on the screen normally turns from green to orange to show its shut down, instead it stay green and the screen turns completely red, then blue, and cycles through a number of different colours, but never turns off. How do I fix this? Quote
pc tech Posted January 19, 2007 Posted January 19, 2007 HI crisnliv you may have a hardware problem disconnect monitor from the pc power on the screen if this goes amber as it should when not receiving a signal then monitor is fine and the graphic card in the pc is at fault if still green monitor is faulty Quote
bummiesue Posted January 22, 2007 Posted January 22, 2007 I just purchased a Samsung SyncMaster 940MW Monitor which includes a software disc, however, I insert the disc into the CD Rom, it will not install and I get an error message "Director Player Error" "Scrip Error, continue, yes or no?" When I click yes continue, nothing happens. My OS is Windows ME. Any suggestions? Quote
