I have windows 11 on a one year old laptop and my HP printer is my default printer but it says it is offline, so what can I do to get it online

I have a one-year-old laptop with windows 11 and i haven't been able to print from my wireless printer since I got this laptop. It says it is my default printer but indicates that it is offline. My question is how do i get it online.
